Delegates receive exceptional, motivational classroom training on subjects you choose, and then are given online login details. Each section of the e-learning is completed by undertaking a test. If you decide to have your own 'site' your Sales Director/Manager/HR Professional gets access to the 'Learning Manager', where details are stored of individual performances. This helps to keep track of each employee, where they have got to with their online training, where they are doing well and where they need help. If you elect to login on the Advanced Training site we are still able to give you up to date statistics on the learning of your people, both individually and as a team.
